* 2 hour face to face coaching session to help you formulate a publicity plan. You can split this into 2 x 60 minute telephone sessions if you prefer.

* 1 month's unlimited email coaching after the telephone session to help you get started with your publicity activities. You can use this to get feedback on press releases, article ideas etc.

* A 30 minute telephone coaching session 1 month after the initial meeting.
